The authorities of ALACAT are:
a) The General Assembly
b) The Executive Committee
The General Assembly is the highest authority of ALACAT. Every two years, the General Assembly elects the Executive Committee, who is responsible for the direction and administration of the Federation, and is integrated by: President, First Vice President, Second Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and four Directors.
The President of the Executive Committee is the President of ALACAT, and represents the highest executive authority of the Federation.
The Executive Committee designates Permanent Commissions which study the issues that are assigned to them.
