The opening ceremony took place in pavilion 8 of the Montjuïc venue of Fira de Barcelona, chaired by Raquel Sánchez, Minister of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda, accompanied by Roger Torrent, Minister of Business and Labor of Catalonia; Idoia Mendia, vicelendahakari and Minister of Labor and Employment of the Basque Government; Laia Bonet, acting third deputy mayor of Barcelona City Council; Pere Navarro Morera , president of SIL; Blanca Sorigué Borrell , general director of SIL Barcelona and our president Moises Solis Flores .
