A private, non-profit, non-political and non-religious entity. It groups the International Cargo Agencies, duly registered as cargo consolidating and deconsolidating companies, multimodal transport operators, logistics service providers and all companies related to international transport established in Guatemala.
The purpose of the Association is to bring together individuals or legal entities that provide services related to the handling of cargo, goods or merchandise of third parties. It seeks the union, professionalization and protection of its members, defends the principles of free enterprise and free competition, to contribute to the development of international trade, promotes and recognizes a fair, dignified and timely remuneration of its members through commissions derived from air, sea, land or other service companies and represents international entities with interests related to the association.
