ALACAT and CEL strengthen Logistics between Spain and Latin America

The Spanish Logistics Center (CEL) and the Federation of National Associations of Freight Forwarders and International Logistics Operators of Latin America and the Caribbean (ALACAT) have announced the signing of a collaboration agreement aimed at consolidating ties between Latin America and Spain in the field of logistics and transportation.
